El equipo al que te unes

La persona que se incorpore liderará los aspectos técnicos y de gestión de la especialidad de Equipos Dinámicos, dando soporte a los trabajos, coordinando al equipo y contribuyendo al análisis de averías, la gestión de indicadores, la eficiencia, los contratos y los repuestos.

Esta posición tiene una clara orientación a la mejora de la fiabilidad de las instalaciones y a la mejora continua. Trabajarás de forma colaborativa y global, alineándote con los objetivos de la compañía y con las políticas de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.

Principales tareas

  • Liderar y realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos de la especialidad, garantizando la planificación establecida y participando en el desarrollo del mantenimiento preventivo y en las intervenciones durante las paradas de las unidades productivas.
  • Dar soporte técnico en la reparación y mantenimiento de equipos dinámicos, colaborando con los equipos de supervisión y ejecución.
  • Analizar fallos e incidentes de los equipos, aplicando la metodología de Análisis Causa Raíz e impulsando acciones que eviten su repetición y mejoren la fiabilidad de las instalaciones.
  • Gestionar los aspectos técnicos asociados a contrataciones, materiales y repuestos, elaborando especificaciones técnicas, definiendo mecanismos de control y colaborando en la gestión de stocks.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de la especialidad, realizando el seguimiento de indicadores, proponiendo mejoras en procesos y equipos, participando en auditorías y planes transversales de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente, y manteniendo actualizada la información y documentación técnica.

Encajarás en el puesto si:

  • Cuentas con titulación técnica superior en Ingeniería o carrera técnica equivalente, preferentemente Industrial, Mecánica, Minas, Naval, Aeronáutica, Química o Automática.
  • Aportas un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento o fiabilidad en industria química, energética o de proceso, en la rama mecánica.
  • Tienes conocimientos sobre el funcionamiento y ajuste de máquinas, como compresores alternativos y centrífugos, bombas alternativas y centrífugas, válvulas de seguridad o turbinas de vapor.
  • Dispones de formación en seguridad industrial y conocimiento de los riesgos del oficio y del entorno en el sector industrial.
  • Cuentas con un nivel intermedio-alto de inglés y nivel alto de ofimática.

Otros aspectos valorables

  • Experiencia en refinerías de petróleo o plantas químicas.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de comisionado de plantas industriales.
  • Conocimientos de ofimática avanzada, como PBI o Power Apps.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de Gestión de Mantenimiento (GMAO).
  • Máster en Gestión del Mantenimiento y/o experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.
