Principales tareas:

  • Realizar diagnósticos de riesgos ocupacionales para prevenir accidentes, así como acciones para la reducción de sus consecuencias.
  • Realizar evaluaciones y análisis de actos y condiciones de seguridad, con emisión de recomendaciones preventivas y/o correctivas.
  • Detectar, analizar y jerarquizar riesgos, usando procedimientos y herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar acciones dirigidas a motivar, formar e informar en materia SST
  • Actualizar y adaptar tecnologías en materia de Seguridad, acorde con los avances tecnológicos, legislaciones y necesidades de la empresa
  • Participar en la gestión del proceso de formación y desarrollo de los trabajadores en materia de SST
  • Fomentar y participar en actividades en pro de la prevención de accidentes de trabajo.
  • Elaborar e implementar Instrucciones y procedimientos de Seguridad, Planes de contingencia, Mapa de Riesgo, Mapa de áreas clasificadas.
  • Llevar y analizar estadísticas de accidentes
  • Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente, establecidos por la organización.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos de las actividades realizadas.
  • Gestión SST de empresas contratistas
  • Colaborar y brindar soporte a las diferentes áreas de la organización, en temas relacionados a SST

Formación Académica: Título universitario

Diplomatura de Estudio en Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad o Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (Deseable)

Cursos de Trabajos de Alto Riesgo (Trabajo en altura, Espacio Confinado, Eléctrico y Caliente) (obligatorio)

Experiencia laboral relacionada al puesto mínima de 3 años en el sector hidrocarburo o industrial, supervisando trabajos de alto riesgo. Diseño e implementación de programas de Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad Laboral.

Conocimiento:

  • Conocimientos de MS. Office (intermedio) y Power BI
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Agentes ocupacionales (Físicos, Químicos, Biológicos, Ergonómicos y Psicosociales)
  • Gestión de riesgos ocupacionales e investigación de incidentes
  • Equipos de protección personal, selección, mantenimiento y usos, en el área de la Industria Minería/hidrocarburos
  • Prácticas generales de seguridad y medio ambiente aplicados a la industria de minería/hidrocarburos
  • Normativa legal y corporativa en materia de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial aplicada a Hidrocarburos.
