O Assistente de Departamento Pessoal Junior é responsável por auxiliar nas atividades relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, como admissões, demissões, folha de pagamento, benefícios e controle de ponto. Além disso, realiza o atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo suporte em questões trabalhistas. É necessário ter conhecimento sólido em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, além de habilidades em sistemas de gestão de pessoas.

  • Realizar o processo de admissão de novos colaboradores, incluindo a conferência de documentos, registro em sistema e integração inicial.
  • Fazer o controle de ponto dos colaboradores, verificando a frequência e horas trabalhadas, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista.
  • Participar do processo de cálculo da folha de pagamento, conferindo informações de salários, benefícios, descontos e encargos sociais.
  • Realizar o fechamento e conferência da folha de pagamento, garantindo a precisão dos dados e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Auxiliar no processo de demissão de colaboradores, realizando cálculos de rescisão, conferindo documentos e orientando sobre direitos e obrigações.
  • Atender colaboradores para esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas a benefícios, folha de pagamento, férias, entre outros assuntos de departamento pessoal.
  • Manter atualizados os registros de colaboradores, garantindo a precisão das informações e a conformidade com a legislação vigente.
  • Participar de treinamentos e atualizações sobre legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, buscando manter-se sempre atualizado e em conformidade com as normas.
