Au sein du Campus de la Gastronomie Durable Belliard, dans le cadre du développement de notre offre en apprentissage, vous rejoignez l’équipe pédagogique pour assurer 324 h annuelles de face‑à‑face avec les apprentis. Vous aurez pour Activités principales : de face‑à‑face avec les apprentis, réparties sur 36 semaines, et prendre en charge les activités pédagogiques et éducatives liées au bon déroulement de leur formation en économie et gestion. Vous aurez pour Activités principales :

Enseignement et accompagnement

  • 324 h de face‑à‑face didactique (1 h FF = 2 h de présence effective)
  • Suivi hebdomadaire du Livret d’apprentissage
  • Suivi de l’activité professionnelle de l’apprenti en entreprise
  • Réunion de pré‑rentrée
  • Accueil de rentrée des apprentis
  • Réunions avec les maîtres d’apprentissage
  • Réunions avec les parents
  • Réunions avec les inspecteurs de l’Éducation Nationale
  • Réunions pour le projet d’établissement
  • Réunions pédagogiques internes
  • Journées Portes Ouvertes
  • Participation aux conseils semestriels de classe
  • Mise en place et suivi du CCF (Contrôle en Cours de Formation)
  • Participation au recrutement des apprentis

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d’un BAC +2/3 ou équivalent dans la discipline enseignée
  • Expérience significative en formation d’apprentis ou en entreprise
  • Pédagogue, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
  • Bon relationnel et goût du travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et volonté d’intégrer la RSO dans sa pratique
