Vos missions principales

  • Assurer les enseignements professionnels auprès des candidats en CAP Tapissier.
  • Transmettre les connaissances liées aux matériaux et techniques traditionnelles de garnissage de sièges
  • Maîtriser l'ensemble des étapes de fabrication traditionnelle et mousse, les procédés de fabrication, le garnissage, les finitions et les équipements professionnels.
  • Former les candidats à la lecture de documents professionnels, à l'analyse et à la réalisation de sièges d’ameublement.
  • Préparer les candidats aux contrôles en cours de Formation du CAP.
  • Concevoir et animer des séquences pédagogiques adaptées au référentiel de formation.
  • Évaluer les acquis des candidats et assurer leur suivi pédagogique.
  • Participer aux réunions pédagogiques et aux échanges avec les entreprises d'accueil.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme dans les métiers de la tapisserie.
  • Expérience professionnelle significative dans le secteur de la tapisserie d’ameublement.
  • Bonne connaissance du référentiel CAP Tapissier et des exigences du métier.
  • Une expérience en formation ou en enseignement est appréciée.
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens de la pédagogie.

Compétences clés

  • Maîtrise des technologies de la tapisserie et de ses matériaux.
  • Connaissance des procédés de fabrication, des assemblages et des finitions.
  • Lecture et exploitation de documents techniques.
  • Capacité à transmettre des connaissances techniques de manière claire et structurée.
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et pédagogiques.
  • Rigueur, organisation et travail en équipe.

Conditions contractuelles

Contrat : lettre d'engagement (vacations)

  • Lieu : Ecole Boulle PARIS (métro Nation).
  • Prise de poste : de septembre 2026 à juin 2027.
  • Rémunération selon grille en vigueur.
