Temos uma oportunidade para Assistente Contábil. Buscamos um profissional organizado, responsável e com atenção aos detalhes, que esteja em desenvolvimento ou já possua experiência na área contábil. É essencial ter comprometimento, capacidade de análise e foco na conformidade dos processos fiscais e contábeis, contribuindo para a regularidade e saúde financeira da empresa.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar fechamento diário de livros fiscais da matriz e filiais;
  • Conferir notas fiscais de entradas e saídas;
  • Acompanhar a posição financeira e pendências de certidões negativas junto a órgãos governamentais;
  • Controlar o patrimônio imobilizado da empresa;
  • Arquivar notas fiscais de entradas e saídas;
  • Apoiar na apuração de impostos federais, estaduais e municipais;
  • Auxiliar na conferência do imposto de renda;
  • Preencher e acompanhar cadastros bancários, quando necessário;
  • Atuar no suporte ao analista contábil, assumindo algumas de suas funções sob supervisão, quando necessário.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Conhecimento em informática e rotinas contábeis;
  • Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes.
