Temos uma oportunidade para Assistente de Leads. Buscamos um profissional com experiência em atendimento ao cliente, proativo, comunicativo e com foco em resultados. Esse cargo exige agilidade no contato com clientes que demonstram interesse pelos nossos veículos por meio de canais digitais, como WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram e fan pages. O objetivo é oferecer um atendimento ágil, cordial e estratégico, despertando o interesse do cliente pela marca e conduzindo-o até o agendamento de uma visita presencial à concessionária. É essencial ter boa organização, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para manter o time de vendas alinhado com cada oportunidade de negócio.

Principais Atividades:

  • Prestar um atendimento cordial, ágil e personalizado, aumentando o desejo do cliente em adquirir um veículo;
  • Manter o consultor de vendas informado sobre o andamento de cada negociação e interação com o cliente;
  • Fazer o acompanhamento da agenda diária de contatos, sinalizando pendências ou oportunidades ao supervisor;
  • Elaborar relatórios de performance, analisando os resultados e o aproveitamento dos leads, entre outros.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Conhecimento com rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao público;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Desejável experiência com plataformas de CRM, redes sociais ou sistemas de agendamento.
