Nos destacamos pela atuação diversificada nos segmentos de distribuição de automóveis, caminhões, motocicletas, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, além da indústria de cimento e agropecuária.

Temos uma oportunidade para Monitor de Pós Vendas. Buscamos um profissional proativo, organizado e com foco no cliente, que tenha facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, comprometimento com segurança e habilidade para atuar de forma consultiva no acompanhamento técnico e comercial de máquinas e equipamentos.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar visitas periódicas aos clientes;
  • Levantar necessidades de atendimento e manutenção das máquinas;
  • Agendar serviços junto à assistência técnica;
  • Orientar operadores sobre a correta utilização dos equipamentos;
  • Acompanhar a frota e a saúde das máquinas através de sistemas de monitoramento;
  • Promover a oferta de peças e serviços;
  • Prospectar novos negócios e oportunidades comerciais;
  • Apoiar demonstrações técnicas de máquinas;
  • Realizar interface com fabricantes e áreas internas;
  • Garantir a qualidade do atendimento e relacionamento com clientes.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Engenharia ou Técnico em Eletromecânica;
  • Conhecimento em máquinas da linha amarela será um diferencial;
  • Curso de Operador de Máquinas de Linha Amarela;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Carteira Nacional de Habilitação categoria “B”;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade.
