RevoU is one of the most recognisable brands in career education in Indonesia. Since 2019 we have reached over 3 million learners, we run co-branded programs with top universities, and we partner with leading enterprises to drive AI adoption across their workforces.

We are hiring a People & Business Ops Intern to keep the operations behind our team running: employee benefits, contracting and procurement, and the rhythm that keeps a fast-moving team aligned.

This is not a shadowing internship. From your first month you will run real processes on your own, with real deadlines, for colleagues across the company. You will not set policy, but you will be the person who makes sure it actually happens, on time, every time.

On pace: we move fast and are still speeding up. Some weeks an urgent procurement request will land on top of your regular work, and you will need to juggle both without dropping either. If you want a role where every task comes with a full brief, this is probably not the right place for you.

What you will own:

  • Handling legal ops and procurement, from contracting to company documents and vendor renewals.
  • Supporting employee experience, from the team’s daily ops and logistics to internal events and engagement activities.
  • Running employee benefits, from onboarding and offboarding to insurance and reimbursements.
  • Running the trackers, checklists and templates we already have, and improving them whenever you spot a more efficient way.

Some requests come with tight deadlines. Part of the job is handling them without letting the regular work slip.

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

  • You're precise. A wrong document number, a claim that breaks policy or a missing signature bothers you, and you catch it before anyone else does.
  • You keep many things moving at once and hit your deadlines without waiting to be told.
  • You write clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and you follow up politely until things get done.
  • AI is already part of how you work. You use it daily to draft, check and build your own templates or trackers, and you know where it gets things wrong. "I'm excited about AI" is not enough.
  • You pick up the unglamorous work nobody owns, and you fix problems nobody asked you to fix.
  • You learn fast, and your responsibilities have grown quickly wherever you've been.
  • People like working with you, and the work gets better with you around

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in HR, general affairs, admin, procurement or legal support.
  • Familiarity with company legal documents or vendor registration processes.

We care far more about how you work than where you studied. If you have run something real, even outside a job, we want to hear about it.
