The posting

SOUCHIER-BOULLET (160 p.), société située à Héricourt (70) et filiale du Groupe SOPREMA, est spécialisée dans la fabrication d’appareils de désenfumage, d’aération naturelle, de portes métalliques et de rideaux de cantonnement et compartimentage. Présents au sein des principaux projets architecturaux, industriels, commerciaux ou tertiaires, nos équipements apportent lumière, confort, sécurité et optimisation énergétique. Nous recherchons notre Chef d’atelier Débit et Usinage, basé à Héricourt (70).

Sous l’autorité du Responsable de Production,

Vous pilotez la rentabilité de votre atelier et vous êtes garant de l’atteinte de ses objectifs de production, en termes de quantités, qualité, coûts, délais et sécurité.

Vous planifiez et ordonnancez votre atelier en adaptant les effectifs au plan de charge.

Vous veillez au développement des compétences de votre personnel en vous impliquant directement dans le plan de formation et les recrutements, en lien avec le service RH.

Vous assurez une assistance technique auprès de votre équipe et sollicitez la maintenance si nécessaire.

Vous complétez les indicateurs de production et assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre Responsable.

Vous proposez des pistes d’amélioration en collaboration avec les autres services.

De niveau Bac+2 en mécanique ou gestion de production, vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience probante du management d’un atelier de fabrication à façon ou d’usinage, acquise de préférence dans le secteur de la tôlerie ou menuiserie aluminium. Vous maîtrisez les méthodes qualité, les règles de sécurité et la mise en œuvre des principes d’amélioration continue, de manière pragmatique.

Homme de terrain, bon technicien, énergique et organisé, votre sens du service, votre capacité à piloter une équipe et à gérer les priorités vous permettront de réussir à ce poste.

Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, ERP, MES) est souhaitée.
