Vous êtes un professionnel de la Finance avec une forte appétence pour les systèmes d'information ?

RH PARTNERS recrute pour le Groupe GRUAU, entreprise familiale française et leader européen de la transformation de véhicules utilitaires (1 400 collaborateurs), son futur :

Chef de Projet SI Finance / Contrôle de Gestion & RH (H/F).

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Pôle Métiers de la DSI, vous assurez l'interface entre les équipes Finance, RH et Informatique afin d'accompagner l'évolution des processus et des outils de gestion.

À ce titre, vous :

  • Recueillez les besoins, coordonnez les projets, organisez les recettes et accompagnez les utilisateurs dans le changement,
  • Accompagnez les équipes Finance dans l'optimisation de leurs processus (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie, budgets, reporting).
  • Réalisez les supports de formations ainsi que les formations utilisateurs sur vos domaines,
  • Pilotez les évolutions des applications métiers, notamment Infor LN, XRT, Taïga et Board,
  • Contribuez à l'évolution des outils RH (Kelio, Teams RH) et aux projets de Business Intelligence.

Votre profil

De formation supérieure Bac+4/5 en Finance, Comptabilité ou Contrôle de Gestion, vous justifiez idéalement de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience, de préférence en environnement industriel.

Vous avez exercé en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, conseil fonctionnel ERP ou en tant que référent applicatif, et participé à des projets d'évolution de systèmes d'information.

Vous maîtrisez les processus financiers, connaissez les environnements ERP et disposez d'une bonne pratique des outils de reporting et de BI, notamment Power BI.

Une connaissance des processus RH/SIRH serait un plus.

Pragmatique, autonome et pédagogue, vous appréciez les fonctions transverses, le travail en équipe et l'amélioration continue.
