Notre client est un Bureau de Courtage de tout premier plan sur la Place de Bordeaux. Fort d’une équipe soudée de courtiers expérimentés, il s’impose en tant qu’acteur de référence et partenaire privilégié des négociants et des propriétés emblématiques des grands vins de Bordeaux.

Inscrit dans une logique de développement, il renforce son positionnement en créant un poste de courtier Junior, un métier impliquant de réelles dispositions à la négociation, appliqué ici à un produit bien spécifique : les grands vins de Bordeaux.

Le poste

Vous évoluez dans un environnement rythmé et exigeant.

Votre mission : identifier des opportunités d’achat et de revente de vins entre négociants et les transformer en transactions et répondre aux sollicitations des clients.

En veille permanente sur votre marché, vous analysez les prix, les stocks disponibles, les flux et les besoins des différents opérateurs. Vous développez progressivement une connaissance très fine de votre environnement.

Mais ici, analyser ne suffit pas.

Vous êtes quotidiennement dans l’échange : vous contactez les opérateurs, proposez des affaires, rapprochez l’offre et la demande, négociez et contribuez à la conclusion des affaires.

Votre rôle est donc autant analytique que commercial : comprendre, anticiper, appeler, proposer, négocier, convaincre et conclure.

Vous évoluez dans une logique proche des environnements de trading, où la réactivité, la connaissance du marché, la rapidité de décision et le sens des affaires font la différence, tout en étant très lié au produit, les Grands Vins de Bordeaux.

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (type M2 Commerce/Finances), vous débutez votre carrière ou disposez d’une première expérience dans un environnement commercial, financier, trading, négoce, achats/revente ou fortement orienté business.

Vous n’avez pas besoin d’être spécialiste du vin aujourd’hui : vous serez progressivement formé et accompagné par des courtiers seniors. En revanche, vous devez avoir envie de découvrir cet univers, d’en comprendre les codes et d’y développer une véritable expertise.

Vous aimez les chiffres, comprendre les mécanismes de prix et manipuler de nombreuses informations. Vous êtes rapide dans votre analyse, organisé(e), doté(e) d’une bonne mémoire et capable de prendre des décisions.

Mais vous êtes également doté d’un excellent relationnel et d’un véritable tempérament commercial. Curieux(se), vif(ve), engagé(e) et tenace, vous aimez solliciter, négocier, convaincre et créer des opportunités plutôt que d’attendre qu’elles se présentent.
