Techniciens de Maintenance F/H

Tulle (19) - Région Nouvelle Aquitaine

Dans le cadre de la forte augmentation des volumes de production, IMET Alloys fait évoluer son organisation et installe des équipes de « soir et nuit » et de week-end. Ainsi, nous recherchons des Techniciens de Maintenance F/H capables d’apporter leur expérience.

Après une période d’intégration qui vous permettra de bien comprendre nos process, vous serez chargé d’assurer la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance de nos équipements de production. Vous intervenez tant sur les actions préventives que correctives.

Vous diagnostiquez les pannes, effectuez les réparations dans le respect des règles de sécurité pour remettre les équipements dans une situation de fonctionnement optimal. Vous minimisez les temps d’arrêts pour que les opérateurs de production puissent atteindre les objectifs.

Garant du suivi des procédures de maintenance, vous documentez vos interventions dans notre système de GMAO. Vous testez et validez le bon fonctionnement des équipements après interventions. Vous pilotez les stocks de pièces détachées et alertez en cas de besoin de réapprovisionnement. Vous pilotez les interventions de nos sous-traitants sur les opérations de maintenances spécifiques.

Vous pouvez être amené à intervenir avec les équipes process sur des sujets d’amélioration continue de nos équipements de production. Vous proposez des solutions pour l’optimisation de la fiabilité et de la performance des machines.

Issu d’une formation technique en Maintenance Industrielle, en Mécanique et Productique ou encore en Electronique ou équivalent, vous disposez avant tout d’une expérience réussie sur un poste en maintenance au sein d’une industrie d’au moins 3/5 ans.

Femme ou homme de terrain, vous êtes reconnu pour votre curiosité, votre capacité à comprendre les équipements de production et êtes capable d’intervenir sur des sujets mécaniques, électrotechniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques. Une connaissance des systèmes de contrôle Siemens et Allen Bradley et une habilitation électrique (BR/BC) seraient des plus.

Enfin, un fort sens de l’éthique, un esprit d’initiative et une orientation vers les résultats sont déterminants pour la réussite dans ce poste.
