SAFED France, filiale du Groupe AICHELIN Service GmbH située à Besançon (25), nous sommes spécialisés dans la maintenance, la réparation, la rénovation et la modernisation des fours et installations de traitement thermique. Parmi les leaders mondiaux de ce secteur, nous intervenons chez tous les constructeurs automobiles, ainsi que chez leurs sous-traitants. Nous sommes au service de nos clients en France et dans toute l’Europe de l’Ouest. Afin de poursuivre notre développement, nous recherchons notre nouvel Ingénieur en Automatisme et Systèmes Industriels h/f.

Sous l’autorité du Directeur Général et en coopération avec notre équipe technique,

  • Vous assurez l’étude technique des besoins clients et participez au chiffrage des devis.
  • Vous créez les schémas électriques sous EPLAN, définissez les spécifications et commandez le matériel nécessaire.
  • Vous assurez le câblage d'armoires électriques, le développement et le paramétrage d'automates et régulateurs (Schneider, Siemens, Unitronics, Eurotherm).
  • Vous assurez la programmation et le réglage de boucles PID (température, atmosphère %C, CO) et le pilotage de gaz industriels (N2, CH3OH, NH3, C3H8, CH4, air).
  • Vous configurez les communications numériques et réseaux industriels en mode bus.
  • Vous assurez la mise en service chez le client, le suivi de maintenance et le support technique téléphonique.

Votre profil : De formation supérieure en automatisme, électronique ou informatique industrielle, de niveau Bac+3 mini, vous disposez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, acquise en environnement industriel. Des connaissances en traitement thermique sont souhaitées, mais non indispensables. La connaissance des protocoles de bus (Modbus, Canbus, Profibus, Profinet) est nécessaire.

Vous êtes autonome sur le terrain, tout en sachant travailler en équipe au bureau, notamment sur le support technique et le suivi des projets. Curieux, bon communicant et rigoureux, vous appréciez le contact direct avec les clients. Vous maîtrisez l’anglais technique.

Déplacements fréquents en France et en Suisse. Statut cadre. 13e mois. RTT. Véhicule de service.
