Le CSE d’Airbus Opérations est une structure associative, dirigée par des représentants du personnel d’Airbus Opérations Toulouse, qui réunit environ 350 salariés. Ses missions sont d’accompagner le quotidien des salariés d’Airbus Opérations Toulouse en leur proposant divers services (restauration collective, médiathèque, offre d’activités et de séjours pour les enfants, voyages, activités sportives et accès à des équipements…) dont une billeterie qui donne accès à une large gamme de produits et de prestations à des tarifs préférentiels ( bons d’achats auprès de diverses enseignes, centres de bien-être et piscines, cinémas, salles de sport, parcs d’attraction, théâtres et activités culturelles, concerts et spectacles…).

Dans le cadre d’un départ à la retraite, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable service billetterie H/F

Vos missions

En tant que responsable du service, vous prenez en charge le pilotage de l’activité billetterie et l’animation d’une équipe d’accueil de 7 personnes. Vos missions comprennent :

  • la construction et le suivi du budget du service
  • la définition de l’offre, de la politique tarifaire et d’achats associée,
  • la gestion du portefeuille fournisseurs (environ 200 fournisseurs référencés) avec l’appui du service achats,
  • l’animation de la commercialisation (via 7 points de vente et la billetterie en ligne) et le suivi des ventes,
  • l’approvisionnement et la gestion des stocks en fonction des besoins, des périodes et des prévisions,
  • la gestion des flux financiers et des encaissements,
  • l’organisation du planning et l’accompagnement de votre équipe afin de garantir la qualité de l’accueil et la satisfaction des bénéficiaires.

Vous

  • possédez à minima un diplôme Bac+2 en commerce, marketing, management, gestion commerciale ou administration des ventes,
  • présentez une expérience managériale confirmée dans la relation client en environnement B to C,
  • êtes familier avec les enjeux de gestion de flux financiers et de sécurisation des encaissements,
  • vous distinguez par votre capacité à proposer, améliorer, faciliter, fédérer dans le but de développer la qualité de service,
  • avez envie de rejoindre une organisation porteuse de sens, aux multiples activités sociales et un environnement où le sens du collectif et du service priment.
