Notre client, Tisséo Ingénierie, conçoit et réalise les transports de demain de l’agglomération toulousaine. SPL de droit privé, il pilote, en qualité de maitre d’ouvrage délégué, les études et les travaux de projets d’envergure d’infrastructures de transport pour un territoire regroupant environ 100 communes et plus d’un million d’habitants. Ainsi, il accompagne les collectivités de l’agglomération toulousaine dans leur programme ambitieux de projets mobilité, avec notamment la création d’une 3ème ligne de métro (Ligne C : 27 km – 3,1 Md€), la Connexion avec la Ligne B, la modernisation de la ligne Aéroport Express et des Pôles d’Echanges Multimodaux (PEM).

Dans le cadre de la réalisation de la 3-ème ligne de métro toulousain, Tisséo Ingénierie recrute pour sa Direction infrastructure un(e) Ingénieur travaux- secteur Centre- projet métro (F/H)

Vous venez renforcer l’équipe d’ingénieurs en charge du pilotage des travaux de génie civil et de second œuvre du secteur centre de la ligne C (environ 17 km en souterrain et 12 stations) pour assurer le suivi de plusieurs marchés de travaux à différentes phase d’avancement (lot de génie civil en phase de clôture, divers lots de second œuvre en cours de démarrage ou réalisation sur 4 stations).

Vos missions s’articulent autour de 2 grands axes :

  1. Pilotage des travaux et coordination interne/externe
  • Suivre l’exécution des travaux dans le respect du planning, des coûts et de la qualité associés ;

Réaliser l’ensemble des démarches administratives, règlementaires et de sécurité liés à la réalisation de travaux : déclarations de travaux, demandes d’autorisations de voieries, instruction DT-DCIT…

  • Animer les instances nécessaires à l’avancement des activités sous votre périmètre et coordonner les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes ;
  • Fonctionner en mode projet, en vous coordonnant avec tous les acteurs concernés (chef de projet, responsables techniques, médiateurs, exploitant Tisséo Voyageurs, partenaires institutionnels…)

2. Suivi contractuel et financier des marchés

  • Gérer l’exécution des marchés de travaux dans le respect des process internes : suivi administratif, financier et contractuel (situations, avenants, réception, clôture) ;
  • Appliquer les règles du Code de la commande publique et des CCAG travaux ;
  • Produire les documents de reporting, supports de synthèse et éléments à destination des instances du Maitre d’ouvrage Tisséo Collectivités.

Ingénieur BTP ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en suivi de travaux d’aménagement ou de bâtiment ERP, en environnement urbain dense. La connaissance du code des marchés publics et du pilotage de contrats de travaux est recommandée.
