Filiale du Groupe ORVIA, acteur familial de référence dans la filière avicole, Gourmaud Sélection (36 collaborateurs) est spécialisée dans la sélection et l'amélioration génétique des palmipèdes. Dans un environnement où la biosécurité, la qualité sanitaire et le bien-être animal sont essentiels, nous créons un poste de :

TECHNICIEN QUALITE, HYGIENE, SECURITE – BIEN-ÊTRE ANIMAL H/F

Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale Opérationnelle, vous pilotez et animez la démarche Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Bien-être Animal, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de terrain et les référents du Groupe. Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Qualité & hygiène : réaliser les audits, suivre les non-conformités et veiller à l'application des procédures sanitaires.
  • Sécurité : identifier les risques professionnels, actualiser le DUERP et participer à la prévention des accidents.
  • Bien-être animal : accompagner les équipes dans le respect des bonnes pratiques d'élevage et des exigences réglementaires.
  • Amélioration continue : suivre les indicateurs, proposer des actions correctives et harmoniser les pratiques.
  • Animation terrain : sensibiliser et former les collaborateurs aux enjeux QHS et de biosécurité.

Vous intervenez également en lien avec les organismes de contrôle et les interlocuteurs sanitaires.

Votre profil

De formation QHSE, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience de 4 à 5 ans dans l'agroalimentaire ou la production animale.

Vous maîtrisez les démarches qualité, la prévention des risques et les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel.

Mais au-delà de votre parcours, nous recherchons surtout une personnalité rigoureuse, autonome et proche du terrain, capable de faire avancer les projets et de fédérer les équipes autour des bonnes pratiques.

Une sensibilité au monde animal sera particulièrement appréciée.

Permis B indispensable pour les déplacements entre les différents sites.

Conditions :

  • Rémunération : 30 à 35 K€ bruts annuels, selon expérience, 13e mois inclus.
