Notre client est un groupe belge reconnu à l’échelle européenne pour son expertise dans les équipements de protection individuelle. À travers sa marque SIP Protection, il conçoit des vêtements et équipements techniques dédiés aux professionnels de la forêt, de l’élagage et de la motoculture.

Pour accélérer son développement en France, nous recherchons un commercial de terrain orienté conquête et développement de la distribution professionnelle.

Votre mission : développer la marque au cœur des réseaux professionnels

Votre priorité est de renforcer la présence de SIP Protection auprès des distributeurs spécialisés, des centrales d’achat et des réseaux de distribution liés à la motoculture, à l’élagage et aux métiers forestiers.

Vous identifiez de nouveaux partenaires, prospectez, négociez les référencements et développez les ventes auprès de vos clients. Vous entretenez des relations commerciales durables et mettez en place des actions pour accroître la visibilité de la marque et dynamiser les ventes sur le terrain.

Salons professionnels, journées d’achat, événements sectoriels : vous êtes présent là où se rencontrent les acteurs du marché. Vous représentez la marque, valorisez ses produits.

En lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales Sioen Pro et le siège en Belgique, vous partagez les retours du marché et contribuez activement à la croissance de la marque en France.

Votre profil

Vous avez une expérience commerciale dans les EPI, la motoculture, le matériel forestier, le textile professionnel ou un univers technique proche. Vous connaissez idéalement les circuits de distribution spécialisés et appréciez la négociation avec des distributeurs et des centrales d’achat.

Développeur dans l’âme, vous aimez prospecter, créer des partenariats et obtenir des résultats. Autonome, organisé et doté d’un bon relationnel, vous savez conjuguer vision commerciale et présence sur le terrain. La pratique de l’anglais vous permet d’échanger avec les équipes européennes.
