What You Can Expect:

En Rhenus Logistics buscamos incorporar un/a Billing Administrative para nuestra delegación de Irún, que se encargará de gestionar los procesos de facturación de nuestros servicios de transporte y logística, garantizando la correcta emisión de facturas y el cumplimiento de las condiciones acordadas con nuestros clientes.

Buscamos una persona organizada, resolutiva y con atención al detalle, que disfrute trabajando en equipo y quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente en el sector logístico.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

  • Revisar y validar las prefacturas, asegurando que se ajusten a las condiciones de facturación acordadas con cada cliente.
  • Gestionar la emisión de facturas y colaborar en los procesos de cierre mensual.
  • Verificar los importes, conceptos e impuestos aplicados en los procesos de facturación.
  • Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con la facturación, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con clientes y departamentos internos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes recibidas por el departamento de Billing.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Tráfico, Customer Service y Administración para garantizar la calidad y coherencia de los datos de facturación.
  • Participar en la mejora continua y optimización de los procedimientos administrativos del departamento.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y controles internos establecidos por la compañía.

What You Bring:

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación de Bachillerato o Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior, preferiblemente en Administración, Logística, Transporte o Comercio Internacional.
  • Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas y de facturación, preferiblemente dentro del sector del transporte y la logística.
  • Buen manejo del paquete Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Valorable conocimiento de herramientas ERP y sistemas de gestión de facturación.
  • Nivel medio de inglés.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva, con capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar diferentes tareas de forma simultánea.
