What You Can Expect:

Neben abwechslungsreichen Kunden und spannenden Aufgaben erwartet dich an unseren beiden Standorten in Gießen moderne Technik sowie ein engagiertes und kollegiales Team. Wir machen dich zum Experten rund um logistische Dienstleistungen sowie unser Warehouse Management System (WMS) und arbeiten gemeinsam an der Verbesserung unserer Prozesse. Dabei sind deinen Ideen keine Grenzen gesetzt - technische Innovationen aber auch pragmatische Lösungen führen bei uns zum Ziel.

  • Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortlich konzeptionierst, koordinierst und implementierst du kundenspezifische Logistik- und Optimierungsprojekte am Standort.
  • IT im WMS: Bei Change Requests im WMS stehst du unseren Entwicklern zur Seite und begleitest Tests und Implementierungen auf System- und Prozessebene.
  • Kennzahlenanalyse: Sorgfältig nimmst du die operativen Prozesse und Systeme sowie die damit verbundenen Kennzahlen unter die Lupe und bereitest sie für die wirtschaftliche Betrachtung vor.
  • Kundenkontakt: Nicht zuletzt bildest du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Fachabteilungen.

What You Bring:

  • Basis: Du hast deinen Studienabschluss bevorzugt im Bereich BWL oder Logistik in der Tasche und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Einführung sowie Optimierung von Prozessen mit.
  • Analytischer Weitblick: Dir liegt die Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten und du bist in der Lage, zentrale Aspekte sowie Wechselwirkungen schnell zu identifizieren.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Bei deinen Aufgaben hilft dir dein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel. Ebenso bist du offen für die Nutzung neuer KI-Tools, um deinen Arbeitsablauf effektiv zu gestalten und zu strukturieren.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Deine Kollegen schätzen deine offene und kommunikative Art, auch auf Englisch.
  • Hands-on: Du bist ein "Macher", packst gerne mit an und bringst die Dinge mit einer hohen Eigeninitiative voran.
