An unserem modernen Multi-User-Standort mit rund 60.000 m² Logistikfläche betreuen wir unterschiedliche Kunden und vielfältige logistische Prozesse. Entsprechend abwechslungsreich sind die Anforderungen an unsere Abläufe und Standards.

Qualität bedeutet für uns dabei nicht nur Dokumentation, sondern vor allem funktionierende Prozesse, klare Standards und deren konsequente Umsetzung im operativen Alltag. Gleichzeitig ist ein bewusster und effizienter Umgang mit Energie ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Standortentwicklung.

Als Mitarbeiter im Qualitäts- und Energiemanagement unterstützt du die Leitung Standortentwicklung bei der operativen Betreuung und Umsetzung unserer Managementsysteme. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl mit Kennzahlen, Dokumentationen und Auswertungen als auch direkt in unseren operativen Bereichen.

  • Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft unseres Qualitätsmanagements nach ISO 9001 und unseres Energiemanagements nach ISO 50001 und übernimmst nach deiner Einarbeitung definierte Themenbereiche eigenständig.
  • Du führst Qualitätskontrollen und Prozessbegehungen durch, nimmst Abweichungen auf und unterstützt bei Ursachenanalysen sowie der Ableitung und konsequenten Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
  • Du erstellst, aktualisierst und pflegst qualitäts- und energierelevante Dokumentationen und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits sowie Kundenaudits.
  • Im Energiemanagement erfasst und analysierst du Verbrauchsdaten und Energieleistungskennzahlen, erkennst Auffälligkeiten und unterstützt bei der Identifikation und Nachverfolgung energetischer Verbesserungspotenziale und Energieziele.
  • Du bereitest Kennzahlen und Auswertungen für Audits und interne Bewertungen vor, unterstützt bei Schulungen und bist im Tagesgeschäft Ansprechpartner für unsere operativen Bereiche.

What You Bring:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder logistische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Energiemanagement bzw. einem prozessorientierten Umfeld mit.
  • Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 und/oder ISO 50001 sind von Vorteil. Ebenso wichtig ist uns deine Bereitschaft, dich fachlich in beide Managementsysteme einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du besitzt ein gutes Prozess- und Zahlenverständnis, arbeitest gerne mit Kennzahlen und Daten und bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig, gehst Dingen auf den Grund und kannst Abweichungen sachlich und lösungsorientiert ansprechen.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und verantwortungsbewusst, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen und fühlst dich sowohl bei der Arbeit mit Daten und Dokumentationen als auch direkt in unseren operativen Bereichen wohl.
