Misión del puesto

Apoyar al equipo comercial mediante la preparación y gestión de ofertas competitivas y precisas, garantizando la rentabilidad del negocio, la protección de los márgenes y la mejora de las tasas de adjudicación. Actuar como enlace entre Comercial, Procurement y Operaciones para asegurar soluciones logísticas viables y adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

Gestión de ofertas y cotizaciones

  • Preparar cotizaciones comerciales para servicios de transporte marítimo internacional.
  • Presentar y entregar las ofertas dentro de los KPIs de tiempo establecidos.
  • Registrar y realizar el seguimiento de cada oferta en la herramienta corporativa de cotizaciones.
  • Verificar la exactitud de las tarifas, los tiempos de tránsito y la disponibilidad de los servicios antes de emitir una propuesta comercial.

Análisis de costes y márgenes

  • Estudio del desglose detallado de costes: gastos de origen, flete marítimo, gastos de destino, aduanas y otros conceptos asociados.
  • Analizar márgenes y rentabilidad de las operaciones.
  • Elaborar análisis de tendencias de adjudicación y pérdida de cotizaciones.

Gestión de tarifas y negociación

  • Apoyar al equipo de Procurement en la negociación de tarifas spot con navieras y proveedores.
  • Introducir y mantener actualizadas las tarifas en los sistemas corporativos.
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de tarifas y condiciones comerciales vigentes.

Soporte comercial

  • Colaborar estrechamente con los responsables de cuentas para comprender las necesidades logísticas de los clientes.
  • Asesorar sobre opciones de transporte, tiempos de tránsito, costes y soluciones logísticas.
  • Garantizar que las propuestas incluyan información clara sobre costes, condiciones y alcance del servicio.

Coordinación interna

  • Trabajar conjuntamente con los equipos de Comercial y Procurement para elegir las opciones más optimas para los clientes.
  • Facilitar una transición fluida entre departamentos desde la fase comercial hasta la operativa.

Análisis y mejora continua

  • Recopilar y analizar datos relacionados con solicitudes de cotización, reservas y estrategias de pricing.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de procesos, tarifas y rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs asociados al área de cotizaciones.

What You Bring:

Requisitos

Formación y experiencia

  • Experiencia previa en logística internacional, freight forwarding, transporte marítimo o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimientos de costes logísticos, tarifas de transporte internacional y estructura de pricing.

Competencias técnicas

  • Nivel medio-alto de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Capacidad analítica .
  • Atención al detalle y gestión de múltiples prioridades.

Idiomas

  • Inglés nivel B1 o superior.

Competencias personales

  • Habilidades tecnológicas.
  • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración interdepartamental.
  • Organización y capacidad de planificación.
  • Mentalidad analítica y enfoque en la rentabilidad.
