Estamos em busca de um Analista de Suporte N1 / N2 para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia da Informação. O profissional será responsável pelo atendimento e suporte aos usuários, garantindo o funcionamento adequado dos sistemas, equipamentos e infraestrutura de TI da empresa.

Responsabilidades

Prestar suporte técnico de nível 1 e 2 aos usuários (presencial e remoto). Diagnosticar e corrigir problemas em equipamentos como PDVs, computadores, impressoras fiscais, leitores de código de barras, switches e roteadores de loja. Registrar, acompanhar e documentar chamados . Instalar, configurar e atualizar sistemas operacionais, softwares e equipamentos. Auxiliar na manutenção da infraestrutura de TI (rede, impressoras, estações de trabalho). Realizar suporte remoto e local (quando necessário) a sistemas corporativos e operacionais utilizados no varejo, como ERP, sistemas de vendas, retaguarda e financeiros. Escalar incidentes para níveis superiores quando necessário. Elaborar documentação técnica e procedimentos de suporte. Documentar soluções, procedimentos e manter a base de conhecimento atualizada, bem como apoiar projetos de abertura de lojas, trocas de equipamentos e atualizações de sistemas. Seguir e promover boas práticas de segurança da informação, com foco na proteção de dados dos clientes e da operação. Executar procedimentos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos.

Experiência mínima de 2 anos em suporte técnico (N1 ou N2). Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em áreas de Tecnologia da Informação (ou correlatas). Conhecimento em Windows, pacote Office e suporte a usuários. Experiência com instalação e configuração de hardware e software. Noções de redes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e compartilhamentos de rede. Experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto e sistemas de chamados. · Familiaridade com dispositivos de loja (PDVs, SAT, TEF, impressoras fiscais, etc.).

· Noções básicas de rede (endereçamento IP, VPN, roteamento básico, cabeamento).

· Capacidade de análise de logs, testes de conectividade e troubleshooting de hardware/software.

· Diferencial: conhecimento em sistema Millennium.

· Salario: R$ 3.000,00
