Estamos em busca de uma Líder de Recepção para atuar em uma clínica médica referência em dermatologia clínica, cirúrgica e estética para ampliar a equipe de atendimento.

Buscamos uma pessoa para ser a referência da recepção no relacionamento com os pacientes: alguém que atenda com excelência e acompanhe a jornada do paciente na clínica, resolvendo com autonomia e bom senso as situações que fogem do padrão. É uma posição com reporte direto à Gerência.

A rotina profissional envolve:

  • Atendimento presencial, telefônico e por WhatsApp, seguindo as políticas de atendimento da clínica;
  • Agendamento, confirmação e organização das agendas médicas e dos equipamentos (laser e demais aparelhos);
  • Acolhimento e acompanhamento dos pacientes de procedimentos, com orientações sobre o procedimento, termos de consentimento e cuidados pré e pós;
  • Ações de relacionamento: mensagens de aniversário, novidades da clínica, e-mail marketing e reativação de pacientes;
  • Resolução de reclamações e ocorrências de atendimento que a recepção não consiga solucionar, com registro e retorno ao paciente;
  • Apoio à Gerência em questões de atendimento que exijam análise e discernimento, e acompanhamento dos indicadores da recepção.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no horário de segunda a sexta feira, das 10h30 às 20h30.
  • Ensino técnico ou Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Gestão em Saúde, Secretariado ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em atendimento ao cliente; experiência em recepção de clínicas ou serviços de saúde será um diferencial;
  • Vivência na resolução de reclamações e conflitos com clientes;
  • Domínio de WhatsApp Business, sistemas de agendamento e pacote Office;
  • Comunicação clara e cordial, organização, empatia, proatividade e capacidade de decidir sob pressão;
  • Discrição e compromisso com o sigilo das informações dos pacientes.

Salário fixo : R$ 3.500,00 (CLT). Cesta básica cartão Sodexo: R$ 245,00 a/m. Vale transporte.
