Dyrektor Finansowy (M/K) (Warszawa)

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kształtowanie i realizacja strategii finansowej firmy krótko i długoterminowej
  • Planowanie strategii finansowej Spółki z uwzględnieniem warunków prawnych i rynkowych
  • Aktywne zarządzanie majątkiem spółki
  • Dbałość o płynność finansową, strukturę zadłużenia i optymalizację kosztów finansowania
  • Analiza miesięcznych rachunków zysków i strat, bilansu i przepływu środków pieniężnych. Zapewnienie prawidłowego uzgodnienia bilansu i ryzyka kredytowego
  • Nadzorowanie i koordynowanie prac działu finansowo-księgowego i kadrowego spółki
  • Polityka zatrudniania, zarządzania, motywowania i rozwoju pracowników w podległych działach
  • Generowanie regularnych raportów finansowych (miesięcznych, kwartalnych, rocznych, ad hoc)
  • Odpowiedzialność za funkcjonowanie kontroli wewnętrznej
  • Utrzymywanie relacji i reprezentowania spółki w kontaktach z bankami, firmami ubezpieczeniowymi, instytucjami finansującymi, urzędami oraz organami podatkowymi

Wymagania:

  • Tytuł magistra w dziedzinie rachunkowości, ekonomii lub finansów
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu finansami i controllingiem
  • Doskonała znajomość zasad controllingu, rachunkowości finansowej i zarządczej
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne
  • Umiejętność przekonywania i wpływania na innych oraz łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów
  • Angielski B2/C1
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole, przywództwo
