Dla naszego Klienta – firmy realizującej projekty inwestycyjne w obszarze energetyki przemysłowej – poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownik/Kierowniczka Budowy, odpowiedzialnej za prowadzenie inwestycji związanej z blokiem kogeneracyjnym.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Zarządzanie realizacją inwestycji energetycznej w formule EPC / generalnego wykonawstwa
  • Pełnienie funkcji Kierownika Budowy zgodnie z wymogami prawa budowlanego
  • Koordynacja prac podwykonawców oraz zespołów wykonawczych na placu budowy
  • Nadzór nad harmonogramem, budżetem oraz jakością realizowanych prac
  • Współpraca z zespołem projektowym, inwestorem oraz nadzorem inwestorskim
  • Nadzór nad realizacją instalacji technologicznych związanych z blokiem gazowym w kogeneracji
  • Monitorowanie postępu prac oraz raportowanie do kierownictwa projektu
  • Zarządzanie ryzykiem projektowym oraz bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych i organizacyjnych
  • Zapewnienie zgodności realizacji inwestycji z wymaganiami technicznymi, kontraktowymi oraz przepisami BHP

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane: energetyka, mechanika, budownictwo lub pokrewne)
  • Uprawnienia budowlane do kierowania robotami budowlanymi
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu inwestycji infrastrukturalnych lub energetycznych
  • Doświadczenie przy realizacji projektów takich jak: elektrociepłownie, instalacje energetyczne, zakłady przemysłowe lub duże instalacje technologiczne
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem oraz koordynowania pracy wielu podwykonawców
  • Dobra znajomość harmonogramowania i kontroli realizacji projektów
  • Umiejętność pracy w środowisku projektowym o wysokiej złożoności technicznej
