Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Senior Manual Tester.

Model hybrydowy (zespół spotyka się 2-3 dni w tygodniu w biurze)

Stawka: 90-100 PLN/h (B2B)

Projekt związany jest z rozwojem i optymalizacją procesów oraz rozwiązań wspierających sprzedaż i obsługę produktów inwestycyjnych w kanałach stacjonarnych (oddziały), internetowych oraz mobilnych. Zakres prac obejmuje inicjatywy dotyczące zarówno rozwoju oferty inwestycyjnej dla klientów, jak i dostosowywania procesów oraz aplikacji do zmian regulacyjnych i biznesowych.

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w testowaniu biznesowym w sektorze finansowym (fundusze inwestycyjne, lokaty strukturyzowane),
  • Samodzielne prowadzenie testów UAT: Udokumentowane doświadczenie w koordynowaniu i braniu pełnej odpowiedzialności za testy akceptacyjne w dużych, wielosystemowych projektach bankowych (np. migracja systemów TFI),
  • Doświadczenie w migracjach danych: Praktyka w weryfikacji poprawności migracji danych historycznych, bilansów, pozycji inwestycyjnych i profili klientów między systemami (Umiejętność samodzielnego pisania zapytań SQL),
  • Ekspertyza regulacyjna: Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu i testowaniu zmian systemowych wynikających z audytów lub nowych regulacji prawnych (np. kolejne rewizje MiFID, zmiany w podatku od zysków kapitałowych, wymogi KNF),
  • Praca z systemami Core i Integracjami: Doświadczenie w testowaniu złożonych architektur, gdzie system inwestycyjny integruje się z systemem głównym banku (Core Banking), systemami CRM,
  • Zaawansowany MS Excel,
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu pracą innych testerów biznesowych lub koordynowaniu testów wykonywanych bezpośrednio przez pracowników biznesu (tzw. kluczowych użytkowników / Key Users),
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego tworzenia Planu Testów Akceptacyjnych (UAT Test Plan), szacowania pracochłonności, zarządzania ryzykiem oraz definiowania kryteriów wejścia/wyjścia dla fazy testów,
  • Doświadczenie w raportowaniu statusu testów i prezentowaniu ryzyk wdrożeniowych bezpośrednio przed dyrektorami linii biznesowych oraz komitetami sterującymi (Steering Committees),
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w projektach związanych z digitalizacją procesów inwestycyjnych, wdrożeniami regulacyjnymi (MiFID) lub rozwojem kanałów cyfrowych dla klientów inwestycyjnych.
  • Projektowanie scenariuszy testowych (use case, end-to-end),
  • Tworzenie i egzekucja testów odzwierciedlających pełną ścieżkę klienta,
  • Raportowanie i klasyfikacja błędów wg wpływu biznesowego,
  • Zarządzanie danymi testowymi (przygotowanie i syntetyzowanie danych realnych),
  • Komunikacja na linii Biznes – IT: Tłumaczenie skomplikowanych mechanizmów rynkowych programistom oraz technicznych ograniczeń systemu menedżerom produktu.
