Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

De invulling van deze functie verloopt uitsluitend via de partners binnen het consortium.

Vacatureomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de dienst waar je terecht komt.
  • Je start diverse administratieve procedures tijdig op, past deze zorgvuldig toe en volgt ze op.
  • Je staat in voor het verzenden, verspreiden, klasseren en kopiëren van de nodige stukken. Je voert een correcte archivering uit van stukken volgens de richtlijnen. Je draagt actief bij tot de nodige veranderingsprocessen.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit in opdracht van de leidinggevende/ projecttrekker naargelang de situatie.
  • Je verzamelt documenten en load deze op in het document- beheersysteem Bricsys
  • Je waakt erover dat documenten gepubliceerd worden volgens de afspraken en volgt ze op mbt workflows en goedkeuringen
  • Je onderhoudt administratieve procedures en handleidingen
  • Je verzorgt de communicatie en de uitwisseling van documenten met de opdrachtgever via het digitale platform (Asite) en lost problemen op

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger middelbaar onderwijs /informatiebeheer of bouwkundig
  • Ervaring in de rol van documentbeheerder (in de bouwsector) is een plus
  • Je hebt zin voor innovatie, werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je bent een organisatorische duizendpoot die graag orde op zaken stelt en nauwkeurig en nauwgezet werkt.
  • Je bent contactvaardig en communicatief.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office pakket.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
