Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

De invulling van deze functie verloopt uitsluitend via de partners binnen het consortium.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Administratief Bediende Werfsecretariaat sta je in voor de administratieve ondersteuning van de dienst en zorg je ervoor dat de werfadministratie correct, tijdig en gestructureerd verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met het werfteam, de aankoper en de financiële afdeling.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de dienst
  • Ondersteunen bij het opmaken en opvolgen van bestelbonnen en werfbonnen
  • Opmaken en verwerken van facturatiebonnen
  • Controleren van inkomende kosten op basis van input van het werfteam en verwerken van deze gegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Instaan voor een correct en overzichtelijk (digitaal) klassement
  • Registreren en punteren van de prestaties van onderaannemers en eigen ploegen in het dagrapportsysteem
  • Verantwoordelijk voor facility op de werf (bestellen van koffie, kantoorbenodigdheden, …)
  • Werken volgens de procedures en richtlijnen van de financiële afdeling
  • Uitvoeren van bijkomende administratieve taken in opdracht van de leidinggevende of projectverantwoordelijke

Functie-eisen

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
  • Je hebt een organisatorische mindset, werkt gestructureerd en stelt graag orde op zaken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en nauwgezet
  • Je bent communicatief en contactvaardig
  • Je kan vlot werken met het Microsoft Office-pakket
  • Je staat open om te leren werken met ERP-systemen zoals KPD (WIC)
