Inleiding:

ROCO verenigt de knapste koppen uit de Belgische bouwsector in een consortium bestaande uit BESIX, BESIX Infra, DEME Infra, DEME Dredging, Jan De Nul, Cordeel, Denys, Franki Construct, Willemen Infra en Van Laere.

In opdracht van Lantis voert ROCO het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding uit. We sluiten de Antwerpse Ring met de realisatie van de Kanaaltunnels en breken het iconische Viaduct van Merksem af om er een verdiepte Ring aan te leggen die de omgeving transformeert tot een groene, eigentijdse zone. Zo bouwen we mee aan een gezondere, aangenamere stad en regio om in te wonen, werken en op bezoek te komen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je hebt de algemene leiding en sturing van de teams werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering.
  • Zorgen voor afstemming en integratie van verschillende deelprojecten.
  • Je bewaakt de processen die zijn omschreven in het deelmanagementplan W&U.
  • Borging van tijdige en budgettaire realisatie van projectdoelen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van projectrisico’s en opportuniteiten
  • Bewaken van interne en externe raakvlakken

Taken

  • Je bewaakt de uitvoeringsplanning en uitvoeringsbudget in samenspraak met de Projectleiders Uitvoering.
  • Beoordelen van ontwerpen op efficiëntie, uitvoerbaarheid en kosteneffectiviteit.
  • Bieden van technische expertise en begeleiding aan projectteams en stimuleren van het proactief inwinnen van ontbrekende kennis bij interne of externe partijen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en escaleren van Tijdige Waarschuwingen binnen het deelgebied
  • Je optimaliseert de inzet van middelen (personeel, budget, tools) en ondersteunt bij de werving en ontwikkeling van uitvoeringsteams.
  • Coördinatie met het aankoopteam en zorgen dat de gemaakte keuzes de behoeften van het project optimaal ondersteunen.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en ontwikkelt planmatig oplossingsstrategieën om deze aan te pakken
  • Ondersteunen en aanjagen van het besluitvormingsproces door het aanleveren van duidelijke informatie, analyses en onderbouwde aanbevelingen.
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen de verschillende deelgebieden (bijv. KZT en OKA) en de overkoepelende shared services (bijv. Betoncentrales, WZI’s, Logistiek).
  • Je werkt actief aan het bevorderen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met de opdrachtgever, met aandacht voor de principes van NEC4.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een goede algemene kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Master bouwkunde/burgerlijk bouwkundig of industrieel bouwkundig ingenieur, aangevuld met 10 à 15 of meer jaar ervaring.
  • Bewezen ervaring met projectmanagement in complexe, multidisciplinaire omgevingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke leiderschaps- en teammanagementvaardigheden, en kunt teams effectief aansturen en motiveren.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en technisch onderlegd, met het vermogen om het grotere geheel te overzien.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in coördinatie en samenwerking;
  • Flexibel en in staat om snel te schakelen in een dynamische projectomgeving.
  • Sterk in het anticiperen op en omgaan met onverwachte uitdagingen.
