Successful individuals in this role are: People-focused leaders who enjoy developing and mentoring others Analytical thinkers who can navigate complex reimbursement scenarios Strong communicators who build productive relationships across departments Proactive problem-solvers who look for opportunities to improve workflows and reduce denials Detail-oriented professionals who are committed to compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence Driven by the understanding that their work directly supports patient care and organizational success

Why You'll Love Working Here: At Roswell Park, you'll be part of a nationally recognized cancer center where every role contributes to a mission larger than ourselves: eliminating cancer through patient care, research, education, and community engagement.

When you join our team, you'll enjoy: Meaningful work that directly supports patients receiving life-saving cancer treatment The opportunity to work alongside highly skilled clinical, operational, and administrative professionals A collaborative environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and ongoing learning The chance to make a measurable impact on both the patient experience and organizational success A mission-driven culture focused on advancing cancer care and improving lives

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
