Intégré(e) au pôle Sûreté de Fonctionnement & Dimensionnement de la Direction Technique de Roxel France, vous êtes en responsable du bon déroulement technique des affaires confiées au Département, en veillant au respect des engagements contractuels et des objectifs de coûts fixés.

Vous devez également veiller à minimiser les coûts de développement en limitant le recours aux essais et en diminuant le nombre de boucles de conception.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Vous réalisez ou faites réaliser les prestations relatives à votre domaine de compétences: mécanique, thermique et/ou aérothermique,
  • Vous établissez et maintenez le plan de simulation (plan de démonstration de la performance) et apportez les éléments de justification théoriques de la définition des moteurs en utilisant des modèles de simulation (méthode des éléments finis et codes de calcul ABAQUS/FLUENT),
  • Vous définissez si besoin les essais mécaniques ou thermiques permettant de caractériser les propriétés physiques des matériaux, en lien avec le département Matériaux,
  • Vous proposez l'instrumentation à mettre à mettre en œuvre pour les essais, en lien avec le département Conception, et en analysez les résultats,
  • Vous contribuez au dimensionnement des moteurs et proposez les améliorations de définition adéquates en sollicitant les experts métiers appropriés,
  • Vous participez à l'analyse du fonctionnement des moteurs, à la compréhension des phénomènes singuliers ou inattendus, à l'analyse des risques induits et à la proposition de modifications lorsque cela est possible,
  • Vous participez à la démarche de recherche, de proposition et de validation des méthodes et codes de calculs les mieux adaptés aux besoins de dimensionnement actuels et futurs,
  • Vous appliquez les consignes et procédures liées au Système de Management de l'Environnement (Politique Environnement (PE); Aspects Environnementaux Significatifs (AES)...) ainsi que les règles de sécurité industrielle et de défense dans les domaines de l'informatique scientifique et de la documentation technique.
