En bref Au sein du département industrialisation, vous assurez l’industrialisation des produits sur les procédés existants ou de nouveaux procédés du site de production afin de répondre aux exigences du dossier de définition Produit, conformément au planning du programme concerné et au cout produit attendu.

Vous coordonnez les activités d’industrialisation sur le site pour assurer la montée en maturité et la qualification des procédés et compléter le Dossier de Validation Industrielle (DVI).

Vous accompagnez le développement et validez la fabrication des produits achetés réalisés chez les fournisseurs (livrés sur site).

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Vous proposez des solutions techniques permettant d’optimiser les coûts, les délais, les cadences et le cycle de réalisation, tout en maintenant le niveau de performance requis,
  • Vous anticipez les difficultés liées à la réalisation du produit et les risques techniques (impacts techniques / coûts / calendaires / qualité),
  • Vous assurez la relation technique et le pilotage des fournisseurs liés à votre périmètre,
  • Vous pilotez les activités d’industrialisation produits de votre périmètre, en lien avec les services concernés,
  • Vous assurez le reporting d’activités auprès du RI Projet (client interne),
  • Vous déployez le processus d'industrialisation, en amont de la réalisation, permettant de démontrer la robustesse du processus de fabrication retenu pour les produits,
  • Vous validez la compatibilité des choix industriels avec la définition applicable pour les produits fabriqués sur le site concerné et alertez en cas d’écart ou de non faisabilité,
  • Vous pilotez la création et la mise à jour du dossier d’exécution et garantissez sa justification,
  • Vous pilotez la montée en maturité des procédés associés au produit (qualification des procédés),
  • Vous garantissez la réalisation des Dossiers de Validation Industrielle associés aux produits,
  • Vous élaborez la structure de coût des produits (ou sous-ensembles) fabriqués sur le site,
  • Vous assurez le suivi des maquettes (en établissant la configuration des matériels, en réalisant le planning associé, en contribuant aux revues de lancement et en analysant techniquement la performance du réalisé).
