Dans le contexte motivant de l’aéronautique de Défense, ROXEL recherche un développeur automatisme, contrôle commande et Iot industriels.

Dynamique, rigoureux et avec un réel goût pour travailler dans les ateliers, au pied des machines industrielles, booster votre carrière en relevant de nouveaux défis.

Rattaché au département des Systèmes d’Information Industriels France, vous rejoindrez une équipe à taille humaine au service de la Production.

Des déplacements ponctuels réguliers sont à prévoir sur nos autres sites industriels de Bourges et d’Orléans.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Évolution des systèmes existants

  • Caractériser les besoins des équipes productions et méthodes, et évaluer la charge et le mode de réalisation (en propre, ou sous-traité).
  • Faire évoluer les programmes automates (SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER) existants
  • Faire évoluer les programmes de pilotage de supervision (AVEVA System Platform 2023 et Intouch)
  • Soutenir les équipes de Production sur le terrain sur de l’incident, diagnostic et amélioration.
  • Tracer les évolutions

Parc d’automates Roxel France (3 sites) et Iot industriels :

  • Participer à la mise en place d’un système de gestion du parc : cartographie et états de lieu du parc machines (vétusté, forces / faiblesse)
  • Participer à la mise en place d’une solution de gestion du versioning des logiciels des automates
  • Challenger les standards matériels / logiciels de l’entreprise, définir les standards.

Prendre en charge le bon déploiement des projets automatismes / supervision

  • Encadrer la mise en application des standards Roxel sur les projets de modernisation et nouveaux équipements
  • Être force de proposition dans l’établissement des cahiers des charges des projets de machines industrielles
  • Participer au déploiement des machines dans les ateliers
  • Soutenir le déploiement jusqu’à la validation industrielle

Fort de plusieurs expériences réussies en développement automatismes et contrôle/commande industriel, vous avez déjà démontré savoir travailler en équipe, en support à des équipes de production.

✔️ Maitrise des systèmes d’automatismes SIEMENS et SCHNEIDER

✔️ Compétence en développement sur la technologie AVEVA System Platform 2023 et Intouch

✔️ Connaissance des solutions d’IoT industriels et standards Industrie 4.0
