The posting

Royal Swinkels heeft recent een grote digitale transformatie doorgemaakt, met een grote rol voor de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA. De volgende stap is om met deze moderne technologische basis onze processen nóg slimmer en effectiever te maken. Als SAP Application Manager PP ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het Plan, Schedule & Produce to Stock domein (PSPS). Je komt in een ervaren team van Application Managers, werkt direct samen met business stakeholders en rapporteert aan de Business IT Manager – Supply Chain.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het productie/manufacturing-domein binnen onze SAP S/4HANA omgeving en aanpalende systemen. Van architectuur tot implementatie, doorontwikkeling en beheer. De focus ligt daarbij op SAP PP.
  • Je waarborgt designs en architectuur rond het SAP productie-domein.
  • Je spreekt de taal van de business en weet functionele requirements te vertalen naar technische oplossingen, om zo onze productieprocessen te optimaliseren.
  • Je begeleidt de configuratie, het testen en de inrichting van nieuwe of gewijzigde bedrijfsprocessen in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Je analyseert het systeemgebruik en doet proactieve verbeteringsvoorstellen, samen met business en IT-partners.
  • Je kijkt ook verder dan SAP S/4 HANA naar het optimaliseren van ons IT/OT landschap, en draagt vanuit je SAP-expertise bij aan aanpalende systemen als QM, LIMS of MES.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s en externe leveranciers om incidenten efficiënt op te lossen en onze beheerprocessen te verbeteren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring als SAP applicatiebeheerder/consultant, met kennis van PP. Kennis van SAP PPDS is een groté pre. Ook ervaring met IBP, MM en EWM is waardevol.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, met uitstekende kennis van productie processen; ervaring in de procesindustrie en/of FMCG is een pré.
  • Je bekijkt het SAP-landschap (focus op productie) met een helicopterview, vertaalt functionele requirements naar "best practice" SAP-oplossingen, en bent hands-on als dat nodig is.
  • Je kan structuur combineren met pragmatisme, en kan meedenken buiten de kaders van jouw (SAP) domein.
  • Je bent in staat procesmatig te denken en de leverancier te betrekken in het Royal Swinkels change- en incidentmanagementproces.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels, klantgericht en resultaatgericht.
  • Kennis van ITIL, Business Process Management en Agile/Scrum is een pré.
