Holland Malt is één van de grotere mouterijen in Europa en bezit met de vestiging in Eemshaven zelfs één van de grootste productie-units ter wereld. Daarnaast hebben we de ambitie om in de komende jaren een nog belangrijkere positie in de moutwereld te gaan vervullen. Als International Purchasing & Sales Manager word je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van onze brouwgerst en de verkoop van een gedeelte van ons mout. Beide activiteiten vinden plaats in een sterk internationaal kader.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Brouwgerst is onderdeel van het wereldwijde graancomplex en daarmee is de prijsvorming in hoge mate gerelateerd aan -en staat onder invloed(en) van grondstoffen in algemene zin. Als International Purchasing & Sales Manager weet jij deze invloeden te doorgronden, te communiceren naar de organisatie en te vertalen naar een inkoopbeleid. De grondstoffenmarkt is zeer beweeglijk en constant op zoek naar evenwicht, op de juiste momenten weet jij een analyse om te zetten in actieve inkoop.
  • In je rol als International Purchasing & Sales Manager word je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van de omzet bij bestaande relaties.
  • Daarnaast maak je een analyse van de markt en breng je toekomstige business opportunities in kaart om deze vervolgens ook zelf succesvol om te zetten in resultaten.
  • De International Purchasing & Sales Manager rapporteert aan de Director of Sales & Procurement.

Dit ben jij

  • Als Purchasing & Sales Manager heb je een HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met een aantal jaren commerciële ervaring bij voorkeur in de grondstoffenhandel of commodities.
  • Je hebt kennis van en gevoel voor de agrarische sector, krijgt energie van internationaal reizen (10-15% van je tijd) en spreekt vloeiend Engels en bij voorkeur nog een tweede vreemde taal zoals Frans, Spaans of Duits.
  • Je bent in staat om jouw abstracte, analytische denkvermogen om te zetten naar actie en resultaat. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij de klant, bent servicegericht en een echte teamplayer. Resultaten behaal je samen.
