The posting

Als Storingsmonteur ga je aan de slag in de Bottelarij en Brouwerij. Onze Bottelarij bestaat uit een hypermodern machinepark waar per uur zo’n 95.000 bieren worden gebotteld in blik, fles en fust. Je lost elektrotechnische, besturingstechnische of mechanische storingen op aan verpakkingsmachines, robots, pompen, tankwagens, etc. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Door het oplossen van storingen, uitvoeren van reparaties, modificaties en preventieve werkzaamheden aan installaties, zorg je ervoor dat we zonder problemen onze bieren en frisdranken kunnen afvullen.
  • Veel voorkomende storingen willen we natuurlijk voorkomen. Daarom analyseer en rapporteer je deze in het systeem. (SAP).
  • Je geeft advies aan collega’s (Onderhoudsmonteurs en Operators) hoe de storing in de toekomst voorkomen kan worden.
  • De verschillende technieken aan de diverse installaties maken deze rol zo uitdagend. Maar geen zorgen; onze ervaren collega’s zorgen ervoor dat je zo snel mogelijk alle kneepjes van het vak leert.
  • Jouw veiligheid staat voorop! Daarom hebben we onze organisatie zo ingericht iedereen werkt volgens de richtlijnen van (voedsel) veiligheid, HACCP, hygiëne en milieu op de werkplek.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een MBO opleiding afgerond in de richting Electrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar.
  • Je hebt een allround kennis van besturingstechniek (PLC, meet- en regeltechniek) en affiniteit met mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Je draait je hand niet om voor het opsporen en zelfstandig oplossen van storingen.
  • Je bent leergierig, resultaatgericht en een teamplayer, zodat je, eventueel in overleg met andere monteurs of Operators, komt tot de best mogelijke oplossingen. Hierdoor is het noodzakelijk dat je de Nederlandse taal goed beheerst. Engelse- en/of Duitse taal is een pré.
  • Je bent bereid om mee te draaien in een 5-ploegensysteem.
