Ben jij gek op cijfers en wil je ontdekken hoe data het verschil maakt in het schap bij grote retailers? Dan is deze stage in Category Management Retail iets voor jou!

Als Stagiair(e) Category Management Retail help je supermarkten zoals Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Plus om het bier- en frisdrankschap slimmer in te richten. Je analyseert wat goed verkoopt, ontdekt kansen in de data en vertaalt dit naar concrete verbeteringen in het schap, zodat onze producten beter zichtbaar zijn en vaker verkocht worden.

Je werkt binnen het Trade Marketingteam, waar we de ontwikkelingen in de bier- en special soda-categorie volgen en vertalen naar adviezen voor retailers. Daarbij staat de consument centraal: wat koopt iemand, waarom en hoe kunnen we daar beter op inspelen?

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je duikt in data en ontdekt trends in de bier- en frisdrankcategorie (o.a. met Circana en SIS).
  • Je analyseert wat er gebeurt in het schap en wat beter kan.
  • Je onderzoekt wat er verandert als supermarkten hun assortiment aanpassen (bijv. bij Albert Heijn, Jumbo en Plus).
  • Je helpt bij het analyseren van promoties (wat werkt wel en wat niet?).
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten en adviezen voor het team.

Dit ben jij

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in een commerciële richting en zoekt een meewerkstage.
  • Je bent minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar (met dinsdag en donderdag als kantoordagen, start in overleg).
  • Je communiceert makkelijk en spreekt/schrijft goed Nederlands.
  • Je vindt het leuk om met cijfers te werken en hebt basiskennis van Excel.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, pakt dingen snel op en werkt graag samen, maar ook zelfstandig.
