Bij Holland Malt in Eemshaven zoeken wij een Supply Planner die overzicht houdt, vooruit kijkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen grondstofontvangst, productie, kwaliteit, logistiek en klantleveringen.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om je werk op jouw manier vorm te geven en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van onze processen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het plannen van moutproductie op basis van klantvraag, voorraden en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Het plannen en coördineren van gerstontvangsten per schip, vrachtwagen en opslag.
  • Het bewaken van voorraden van gerst, mout en reststromen.
  • Het plannen van transporten, uitleveringen en mengingen volgens klantspecificaties.
  • Het afstemmen van de planning met productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en technologie.
  • Het beoordelen van kwaliteit- en analysecijfers en het vertalen hiervan naar acties binnen de keten.
  • Het initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van planning, logistiek en automatisering.

Dit ben jij

Je houdt van plannen, puzzelen en samenwerken. Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor een belangrijk deel van onze operatie. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in supply chain, logistiek, bedrijfskunde of food.
  • Interesse in productieprocessen, logistiek en voorraadbeheer.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • De wil om continu te verbeteren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
