The posting

Als Reliability engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, kostenoptimalisatie en wettelijke inspecties van alle installaties binnen de brouwerij en bottelarij in Lieshout. Je beheert het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (SAP PM), voert geavanceerde trouble shooting en root cause analyses uit, en implementeert verbeteringen voor maximale beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenoptimalisatie. Met jouw visie op onderhoud en betrouwbaarheid maak je echt het verschil. Groei mee met ons naar een duurzame toekomst!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (SAP PM) en definieert de onderhoud strategie en het reservedelenbeleid.
  • Je analyseert de technische prestaties van machine om de onderhoud strategie te optimaliseren.
  • Je voert geavanceerde trouble shooting en root cause analyses uit bij complexe technische storingen.
  • Je voert verbeteringen door voor maximale beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenoptimalisatie binnen de geldende wetgeving van installaties.
  • Je adviseert over vervanging of levensduurverlenging van end-of-life installaties en draagt bij aan investeringsprojecten. Je borgt daarbij de onderhoudbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid en zorgt voor een goede overdracht van project naar de beheer- en onderhoudsorganisatie.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde technische Hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Technische bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouw, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een voedingsmiddelen of drankenindustrie.
  • Je bent een conceptueel denker met een visie op maintenance & reliability engineering, die je vertaalt naar de praktijk.
  • Je werkt goed in teamverband en bent standvastig, proactief en volgt wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je analyseert, onderbouwt en besluit op basis van feiten.
  • Kennis en beheersing van analytische methodieken zoals Kepner-Tregoe en/of CoThink is een pre.
  • Ervaring in LEAN, VDM-methodiek, TCO, RCM of WCM is een pre.
