The posting

De Bottelarij in Lieshout groeit: hogere volumes, meer productcomplexiteit en ambitieuze kwaliteitsdoelen bieden volop kansen om structureel nóg beter te presteren. Daarom introduceren wij de rol van Productie Engineer: de verbindende schakel tussen productie, technische dienst en projecten. Jij hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag samen met mensen op de werkvloer. Je zorgt dat problemen niet terugkomen, processen gestroomlijnd worden en verbeteringen écht landen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je signaleert structurele problemen vanuit storingsanalyse, coördineert RCA's (root cause analyses) en zorgt dat verbeterplannen (A3) ook echt gerealiseerd worden. Je begeleidt en coacht daarbij de Technisch Operators.
  • Je bent de gatekeeper vanuit productie richting Technische Dienst, Engineering, het bouwbureau en de overige aanverwante afdelingen.
  • Je leidt kleine projecten en modificaties, begeleidt productie tijdens grote projecten en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt tussen productie, TD en projectteams.
  • Je begeleidt de introductie van nieuwe producten en verpakkingen, borgt de MOC-principes (Management of Change) en werkt samen met de verpakkingstechnoloog aan verbeteringen in de verpakking.
  • Je bent eerste het aanspreekpunt voor niet-dagelijkse issues, neemt bij afwezigheid van de productieleider de dag-overleggen over en beheert het verwerkingsprogramma.
  • Je verzorgt vaktechnische trainingen en instructies en zorgt voor een goede overdracht van kennis, installaties en werkinstructies.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde) met enkele jaren relevante werkervaring, óf een MBO4-opleiding met technisch inzicht en minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in productie, techniek of projecten.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch en hebt een vasthoudende, dynamische persoonlijkheid waarmee je verandering teweegbrengt. Je borgt structuur, MOC-mindset en operator care in een complexer wordende bottelarij.
  • Je hebt kennis van continu verbeteren en Lean-principes en past deze in de praktijk toe.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, verbindend, gestructureerd en je hebt affiniteit met techniek. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operators en management, blijft overeind in moeilijke situaties, bent resultaatgericht én zichtbaar op de werkvloer.
  • Je spreekt goed Engels en bij voorkeur ook Duits.
