Specjalista/ka ds. Rekrutacji

Szukamy osoby, która z pasją realizuje procesy rekrutacyjne i chce aktywnie wpływać na rozwój naszej organizacji. Jeśli dobrze odnajdujesz się zarówno w prowadzeniu rekrutacji, jak i realizacji projektów z obszaru HR, cenisz współpracę z biznesem i lubisz wdrażać nowe pomysły – zapraszamy do naszego zespołu!

Jakie będą Twoje zadania?

  • Prowadzenie end-to-end procesów rekrutacyjnych – od poznania potrzeb managera, przez aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów, aż po finalizację zatrudnienia.
  • Bliska współpraca z managerami i wspólne budowanie najlepszych zespołów w organizacji.
  • Pozyskiwanie kandydatów z wykorzystaniem różnych kanałów rekrutacyjnych – od publikacji ogłoszeń, przez aktywny direct search, aż po poszukiwanie nowych, niestandardowych sposobów docierania do talentów.
  • Wspieranie nowych pracowników w procesie onboardingu.
  • Tworzenie i realizacja projektów HR, które sprawiają, że dobrze się u nas pracuje – od onboardingu i działań rozwojowych, przez Employer Branding i komunikację wewnętrzną, po inicjatywy budujące zaangażowanie pracowników.
