Specjalisty/ki w Obszarze Legalizacji Zatrudnienia

Poszukujemy osoby, która wesprze nas w realizacji procesów związanych z legalizacją zatrudnienia cudzoziemców. Jeśli dobrze odnajdujesz się w pracy z przepisami prawa, jesteś zorganizowany/a i potrafisz działać dynamicznie – ta rola jest dla Ciebie.

Co będzie należało do Twoich obowiązków?

  • Kompleksowa realizacja procesu legalizacji zatrudniania cudzoziemców zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz procedurami wewnętrznymi.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy w kontaktach z urzędami i instytucjami związanymi z realizacją procesu legalizacji zatrudnienia.
  • Bieżące monitorowanie zmian przepisów dotyczących zatrudniania cudzoziemców oraz ich wdrażanie w organizacji.
  • Wsparcie w optymalizacji procesów oraz udział w projektach związanych z legalizacją zatrudnienia.
  • Udział w procesie pozyskiwania zezwoleń i oświadczeń legalizujących pracę zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
  • Współpraca i wsparcie merytoryczne dla oddziałów w zakresie legalizacji zatrudnienia.
  • Wsparcie młodszych członków zespołu w rozwijaniu wiedzy i kompetencji.
