Salario fijo entre 24.000 € y 30.000 € brutos/año según experiencia, más comisiones, dietas y vehículo comercial.

La misión que dará sentido a tu trabajo

Serás la persona clave para ayudar a los clientes industriales de Navarra a optimizar sus procesos de mecanizado, aportando soluciones técnicas que generen eficiencia, confianza y relaciones duraderas.

Tu conocimiento técnico será el puente entre la necesidad del cliente y la mejor solución posible, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible del negocio y al desarrollo tecnológico de la industria.

En tu día a día:

  • Acompañarás a los clientes desde la detección de la necesidad hasta la homologación de la solución.
  • Desarrollarás relaciones de confianza basadas en el asesoramiento técnico y la cercanía.
  • Impulsarás la presencia de herramientas homologadas en los procesos productivos de tus clientes.

Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición

Tu base técnica en mecanizado

Tu formación y experiencia en centros de mecanizado, torno, fresa o programación CAD-CAM te permitirá hablar el mismo idioma que el cliente y aportar soluciones reales.

Capacidad para analizar y proponer mejoras

Sabrás interpretar planos 3D, entender procesos productivos y detectar oportunidades de optimización que aporten valor.

Orientación al cliente y mentalidad comercial

Disfrutas creando relaciones, entendiendo necesidades y acompañando a largo plazo, combinando rigor técnico con habilidades de comunicación.

Autonomía y organización

Te sentirás cómodo/a planificando tu agenda, priorizando oportunidades y gestionando tu zona con responsabilidad.

Ganas de crecer y aprender
