Tu reto

El Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Gipuzkoa busca incorporar temporalmente a una persona que asegure la continuidad de su comunicación durante un periodo de sustitución por baja.

Es una posición especialmente relevante por su papel como nexo de comunicación entre el Colegio y las personas colegiadas, contribuyendo a que la información llegue de manera clara, cercana y ordenada, y dando continuidad a las acciones previstas dentro de la estrategia de comunicación y redes sociales del Colegio.

Al tratarse de una incorporación temporal, la persona seleccionada no deberá asumir la totalidad de las funciones asociadas al puesto habitual. Su actividad se centrará en aquellas tareas de mayor prioridad e impacto para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del área durante este periodo.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Dar continuidad a la comunicación del Colegio con sus personas colegiadas y con su entorno, ejecutando las acciones prioritarias del plan de comunicación y redes sociales, manteniendo actualizados los principales canales y prestando apoyo puntual a la gestión administrativa del Colegio.

¿En qué te centrarás?

Principalmente, en:

  • Comunicación con las personas colegiadas, preparando y difundiendo información sobre actividades, jornadas, formaciones, eventos y otros contenidos de interés.
  • Ejecución del plan de comunicación y redes sociales, organizando el calendario de publicaciones y generando, adaptando y programando contenidos.
  • Gestión de la comunidad online del Colegio, dando seguimiento a publicaciones, consultas y comunicaciones.
  • Actualización de la página web, especialmente noticias, imágenes, actividades e información de actualidad.
  • Elaboración y adaptación de contenidos y piezas gráficas, principalmente mediante Canva.
  • Apoyo en la comunicación de jornadas, formaciones y otras actividades desarrolladas por el Colegio.
  • Colaboración puntual en la relación con medios de comunicación, preparación de contenidos o notas informativas cuando resulte necesario.
  • Recopilación puntual de fotografías, vídeos u otros materiales para los canales de comunicación.
  • Apoyo administrativo al equipo del Colegio en aquellas tareas que sean necesarias durante el periodo de sustitución.

El alcance concreto se irá priorizando junto con el equipo del Colegio, atendiendo a las necesidades existentes durante el periodo de sustitución. El puesto habitual contempla además funciones de gestión de medios, material audiovisual, formación y planificación de la estrategia de comunicación.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con formación o experiencia relacionada con Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing Digital o ámbitos similares, que se sienta cómoda gestionando diferentes canales y relacionándose con distintos interlocutores.

Será importante aportar:

  • Buen nivel de redacción y comunicación escrita.
  • Manejo de redes sociales, especialmente Instagram y Facebook, valorándose experiencia con YouTube, podcast u otros formatos.
  • Manejo de Canva para la creación y adaptación de contenidos.
  • Conocimientos de WordPress o herramientas similares de gestión web.
  • Capacidad para organizar y calendarizar contenidos.
  • Autonomía, planificación y capacidad para priorizar.
  • Buen trato interpersonal y orientación de servicio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma coordinada con el equipo.

Se valorarán conocimientos de SEO, analítica de redes y evaluación de resultados, competencias que también aparecen recogidas en el perfil de comunicación actualmente definido por el Colegio.

Sea organizada, resolutiva y cercana, capaz de identificar qué es prioritario y conseguir que las cosas ocurran sin necesidad de asumir proyectos innecesariamente complejos.

Una persona con sensibilidad hacia la comunicación institucional, que entienda que detrás de cada publicación, correo o noticia existe un objetivo fundamental: mantener conectadas e informadas a las personas colegiadas y reforzar la presencia del Colegio en su entorno.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato: temporal de sustitución por baja.

Jornada: aproximadamente 80 %.

Horario: lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 15:30 h.

Retribución: entre 22.000 y 24.000 € brutos anuales, correspondiente a la jornada indicada.

Lugar de trabajo: Gipuzkoa.
