MISIÓN DEL PUESTO

Gestionar y desarrollar la función de compras de la compañía, garantizando el suministro eficiente de materiales y componentes necesarios para la actividad industrial, optimizando costes y consolidando una red de proveedores fiable y competitiva.

Adicionalmente, la persona participará activamente en la implantación y mejora del sistema ERP, contribuyendo a la profesionalización de los procesos internos.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

Gestión de proveedores

  • Gestión y desarrollo de la relación con proveedores
  • Búsqueda, evaluación y selección de nuevos proveedores
  • Procesos de homologación
  • Negociación de precios, condiciones y plazos

Gestión operativa de compras

  • Solicitud de ofertas y comparativos
  • Gestión de pedidos y seguimiento de suministros
  • Coordinación con ingeniería, producción y logística
  • Resolución de incidencias con proveedores

Optimización y mejora

  • Identificación de oportunidades de reducción de costes
  • Análisis de mercado y condiciones de compra
  • Mejora de procesos de compras y aprovisionamiento

Coordinación interna

  • Interlocución con diferentes áreas de la empresa
  • Participación en control de stocks
  • Colaboración en la mejora de procedimientos

Participación en ERP

  • Apoyo en implantación y mejora del sistema
  • Validación de procesos y flujos
  • Pruebas de usuario e integración
  • Documentación de procedimientos
  • Apoyo en migración y validación de datos

REQUISITOS

  • Formación en Ingeniería, ADE, logística o similar
  • Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en compras industriales
  • Experiencia en negociación con proveedores
  • Manejo de ERP y herramientas informáticas
  • Nivel medio/alto de Excel (filtros, tablas dinámicas, etc.)
  • Inglés nivel intermedio-alto

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en implantación o cambio de ERP
  • Conocimiento de entornos industriales (bienes de equipo, fabricación mecánica)
  • Interpretación de planos
