(L&L Rotary Solutions) Importante grupo industrial de la zona de Tolosaldea (Gipuzkoa) con más de 100 años de historia, especializada en máquinas de corte rotativo, con presencia a nivel internacional con implantaciones productivas repartidas en varios países y con un proyecto estratégico centrado en la transformación tecnológica en sectores de alto valor, precisa para el área de Ingeniería y Oficina Técnica una persona Ingeniera Industrial Proyectista con iniciativa y capacidad de trabajo en equipo que se integre en el equipo técnico de la empresa.

Bajo la dependencia del Responsable del área de Ingeniería y Oficina Técnica, su misión principal será gestionar los proyectos, desde el diseño, lanzamiento a fabricación, validación y puesta en marcha final de los productos técnicamente avanzados vinculados a máquinas de corte y sellado rotativo, y desarrollar nuevos productos de base innovadora, siendo sus funciones principales:

Funciones en el desarrollo de nuevos de productos vinculados a proyectos I+D+i.

  • Estudiar las oportunidades, ideándolas, diseñando bocetos y calculando el desarrollo de nuevos productos de base innovadora.
  • Participar junto al equipo en el plan de I+D+i de la empresa, llevando a cabo la vigilancia tecnológica, y participando en proyectos estratégicos.
  • Participar en procesos formativos de tecnologías de diseño y de fabricación avanzadas.

Funciones en ingeniería en productos y tecnologías actuales:

  • Participar en las reuniones con el cliente de cara a la definición de especificaciones técnicas de proyectos nuevos y en las puestas en marcha tanto en taller como en casa del cliente.
  • Analizar el problema o necesidad del cliente y realización de la ingeniería de desarrollo de nuevas máquinas de corte y sellado rotativo.
  • Estudiar los cálculos de dimensionamiento del producto y sistemas de transmisión de poleas y engranajes, y cálculo de elementos finitos en las partes críticas de la máquina.
  • Diseñar en 3D del conjunto y delineación de planos constructivos de fabricación (diseño de elementos, componentes, mecanismos y sistemas hidráulicos/neumáticos).
  • Redactar la documentación de entrega a cliente: Manual de instrucciones y declaración CE.
