Como BDR | Pré-Vendas, os seus principais desafios serão:

  • Prospectar empresários com volume, ritmo e precisão;
  • Marcar reuniões qualificadas para os vendedores;
  • Identificar e mapear leads qualificados dentro do ICP; ️
  • Criar cadências personalizadas e realizar follow-ups eficazes;
  • Participar dos ritos de gestão e treinamentos oferecidos, com foco em performance
  • Trabalhar com metas mensais e acompanhar os indicadores de performance
