Atividades principais como Closer:

  • Executar o contato com leads, gerando oportunidades de vendas
  • Qualificar leads, esclarecendo dúvidas e coletando informações cruciais
  • Conduzir o processo de vendas com confiança e profissionalismo
  • Fechar vendas complexas e estratégicas
  • Estudar continuamente as melhores práticas e técnicas de vendas
  • Registrar atividades em ferramenta padrão
  • Participar de treinamentos para desenvolvimento profissional
  • Integrar-se aos ritos de gestão, fornecendo informações sobre seu progresso
  • Trabalhar com métricas e indicadores para aprimorar constantemente resultados e processos.
  • Monitorar a evolução dos KPIs de suas entregas e fornecer relatórios estratégicos

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas B2B
  • Domínio de técnicas de vendas como SPIN Selling e BANT
  • Familiaridade com CRM avançado e organização de pipelines
  • Histórico de vendas de tickets altos
  • Experiência em ciclos de vendas longos e estratégicos
  • Habilidade em diagnóstico de operações comerciais
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de conduzir reuniões e fechamentos
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma independente e colaborar com diferentes equipes
  • Necessário ter estrutura para trabalhar remotamente (home office)

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Formação superior na área comercial, administração ou área correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em consultoria comercial
