Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Projetos de Marketing e Vendas para atuar diretamente na condução de projetos de consultoria, acompanhando clientes, direcionando estratégias e garantindo a evolução das entregas ao longo do projeto.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir reuniões de consultoria com clientes, orientando a implementação do método e das estratégias propostas;
  • Ser o principal ponto de contato dos clientes durante os projetos;
  • Acompanhar metas, indicadores, cronogramas e evolução das entregas;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções de acordo com as necessidades de cada cliente;
  • Garantir que as estratégias desenvolvidas estejam alinhadas aos objetivos do projeto;
  • Manter informações, atividades e histórico dos clientes atualizados no CRM;
  • Registrar atas e acompanhamentos dos projetos;
  • Elaborar análises e relatórios sobre a evolução e os resultados obtidos;
  • Realizar contato frequente com clientes para acompanhamento, alinhamentos e suporte;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas internas de marketing, vendas e desenvolvimento;
  • Contribuir de forma ativa para a construção e evolução dos projetos e da operação.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em marketing e gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em consultoria.
  • Familiaridade com uma variedade de canais de aquisição, como SEO, SEM, mídia social, e-mail marketing, entre outros.
  • Experiência em otimização de canais de aquisição, incluindo testes A/B, análise de dados e implementação de melhorias contínuas.
  • Habilidade em comunicação interpessoal e gerenciamento de relacionamento com o cliente.
  • Capacidade de entender as necessidades específicas de cada cliente e adaptar estratégias de acordo.
  • Proatividade, autonomia e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico.
